ICAR AIEEA  UG/PG Results 2014

The Indian Council of Agricultural Research(ICAR), announced Results of the All India Entrance Examination for Agricultural Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programmes (AIEEA UG/PG) 2014 in the month of  May 2014.   ICAR AIEEA UG/PG Results 2014 available at http://icarexam.net and www.icar.org.in. ICAR AIEEA UG/PG Exam held on April 12 and 13 across the country. An all-India test for the award of Senior Research Fellowship to pursue a Ph.D. degree in the field of Agriculture and allied sciences will be conducted along with the examination.

Those who have passed Plus Two with minimum 50 per cent marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology or Agriculture or Horticulture (40 per cent for those belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and the physically challenged) are eligible to apply for the undergraduate test. Age: between 17 and 23 as on August 31.

A degree in Agriculture, Veterinary, Agricultural Engineering, Fisheries, Horticulture, Home Science, Sericulture, Dairy Technology, Forestry, Agri Marketing and Cooperation, Food Science, Biotechnology, Basic and Allied Sciences and so on with minimum of 60 per cent marks or equivalent grade (50 per cent) are eligible to apply for the postgraduate test. Age: not less than 19 as on August 31. Those with a Master’s degree in the relevant discipline securing 60 per cent marks (50 per cent) are eligible to apply for the fellowship. Age: 21-30 as on April 13.

The Candidate qualified for counseling, based on the merit-rank, shall report for Counseling as per Counseling schedule.  Candidate shall forfeit the claim for admission if  in-person or through Authorized representative, does not report for counseling. Candidate who has not been declared as qualified for counselling shall not be considered for admission on ICAR seats in any Agricultural University at any stage.

(ii) Candidate will be recommended for admission in the subject/degree programme of choice in the Agricultural Universities on the basis of merit in the Entrance Examination and availability of seats at merit-rank during counseling.

(iii) List of original documents with self-attested photocopies, photographs to be produced at the time of counseling is as under:

(a) All certificates and mark sheets/grade reports,

(b) In case of candidates from SC, ST and non-creamy per Central Govt. requirements and issued by Competent Authority.
